Training as a couple is one of the most popular arrangements we offer. Two-on-one sessions — two clients, one coach — allow partners to share the fitness journey while keeping costs manageable. Injury Rehabilitation at Core and More Fitness

Returning to training after injury requires a structured, phased approach. The most common mistake is returning too quickly and too intensively — loading tissues that aren’t ready and extending the recovery timeline significantly.

Our rehabilitation approach involves working in coordination with your physiotherapist or GP, starting with gentle movement and activation in the acute phase, progressing to loaded rehabilitation once tissue healing allows, and returning to full training function at a pace determined by how you’re responding — not by a fixed schedule.

Common injuries we work with: lower back pain, knee problems (including post-ACL and post-meniscal repair), shoulder impingement, hip pain, and Achilles tendinopathy. We don’t replace physiotherapy — we complement it with the strength and conditioning work that makes rehabilitation complete.
