Best personal trainers in Clapham! The atmosphere is fun and friendly and all the clients and trainers have a great attitude so it has a lovely community feel. Because it’s small and attentive you get personal care that ensures the programmes are designed especially for you.

I’ve been training with Rabih for over two years and it has made the world of difference. He planned a training programme that would strengthen my muscles to protect my joints and prevent injury, and always makes sure my form is correct so I feel safe. I always leave feeling fantastic after personal training at Core + More gym. It’s a great space with trainers that really care and provide a bespoke balance of motivation and support in meeting specific goals.

The environment is really welcoming (coffee is provided) and I have really appreciated that Rabih (whom I train with) is very focused on ensuring technique and safety while maximising results. I would happily train with any of the other trainers including Jess and Andy also.

In summary, I have trained at this gym for 4+ years and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Best personal training gym in the Clapham, Balham and Tooting area. Supportive and motivating trainers in such a friendly and fun space. Have trained with Rabih, Jess and Andy who have been great in helping me achieve my goals! Have been training here the last few years after trying multiple crowded gyms in the area! I first contacted Rabih about losing weight for my wedding in 2022 and I’m still loving it and training 3 x a week here building strength and getting in shape! I can honestly say there’s no way I ever thought I’d be going to a trainer/gym for 13 years (!) but Core and More (previously Revolution PT) is everything you’d want from a gym and I couldn’t recommend it more. The trainers are fantastic (I train with Rabih) are all fun, friendly and results driven. the biggest difference though – they listen too. They understand how you work, what you want (I can’t bear military style!!) and ultimately work with you to get the best for you and that, for me, is everything and I’ve grown massively in confidence and fitness. Honestly (and I don’t say this lightly) it’s Aldo a really fun place to go to – which I think is very rare to say about a gym/studio!!
